The 100-strong company specialises in designing and executing bespoke customer experience and staff engagement programmes supported by its proprietary technology platform.

Opportunity & Outcome

Retail Eyes sought a strategic partner that would share its innovation focus and IT capabilities and be able to leverage its scalable business model to extend its expansion into a global business. Results International was selected as Corporate Finance advisor to Retail Eyes after a competitive pitch process and successfully secured offers from four high quality international research and analytics businesses. Market Force Information Inc. headquartered in Boulder, Colorado was chosen as the ideal fit for Retail Eyes.

In a nutshell, I've only positive things to say about Results. They worked diligently and professionally at all times and I genuinely feel that they always looked out for our best interests. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone seeking a successful, confident and smooth sale of their marcom business. My only caveat would be that it's still up to the seller to push and deliver. My brother and I always delivered what was asked of us so that Results could then do their part.
